By accessing or using the Role Canary platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Role Canary provides automated job advertisement compliance monitoring. Reports are informational only and do not constitute legal advice. Consult a qualified employment attorney for legal guidance specific to your situation.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Access to the full Service requires a paid subscription billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; use it to analyse content you don't have rights to; share credentials outside your organisation; attempt to circumvent access controls; or use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
Role Canary owns all intellectual property in the Service. You retain ownership of job ad content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ROLE CANARY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT COMPLIANCE REPORTS WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE. REPORTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROLE CANARY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend your account immediately for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County. EU consumers retain the benefit of mandatory local consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
